CHICAGO, IL—June 15 , 2007 Edward D. Manzo, co-founder and partner of Cook Alex, will be presenting at Law Seminars International's (LSI) workshop on patent claim construction to be held on July 10 in Seattle. Mr. Manzo will be speaking on current patent case law and claim construction. He will be providing a review of 2006-2007 case law of the Federal Circuit on selected claim construction topics, such as whether perambles limit claim scope; and substantive and procedural issues.
